If you are preparing to grow your company, take investment or sell your company, this may be the most valuable work you can do.
Each module is designed to be completed in about 30 minutes by a person knowledgable of the topic. You will be presented a number of business elements related to the primary topic and asked to determine how mature your company is today relative to that topic and where you want to be a year from now. Depending on your answers, additional questions will be presented to better understand your company’s status.
